What You'll Do

As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, delivering a high-quality service experience and helping resolve a variety of account-related needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound service inquiries from advisors and investors
  • Assisting with account maintenance requests and financial transactions
  • Researching and resolving client concerns accurately and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service through professional communication
  • Navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Collaborating with team members to solve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs

Following a structured onboarding and training experience, you will join a service team supporting a high volume of daily interactions while continuing to develop your knowledge and expertise.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
