Position Overview
We are looking for personable, organized individuals to join our virtual team as Client Relations Representative. This role is centered on building positive client relationships while assisting with vacation research, reservation coordination, and ongoing communication.
You will serve as a helpful point of contact as clients explore their options and prepare for upcoming trips. No previous travel-industry experience is necessary. Training and continued learning resources are available to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients and gather information about their preferred destinations, dates, vacation interests, priorities, and budget.
Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other available options based on individual requests.
Coordinate chosen services through approved resources and organize confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details.
Communicate important updates, respond to client questions, follow up on outstanding items, and provide assistance when routine changes are needed.
Maintain accurate client documentation, verify reservation details, and stay informed through continued destination and supplier education.
