YOUR IMPACT

As a Client Executive in Italy, you own the full client relationship, revenue, and account success across a portfolio of strategic enterprise organizations in the Banking and Financial Services industry. You act as the single accountable leader, partnering with C-suite stakeholders and orchestrating specialists, partners, and internal teams to deliver long-term value.

You develop trusted executive relationships, shape strategic account plans, and identify transformational opportunities that help customers modernize through AI, cloud, cybersecurity, Information Management, and digital business solutions. By aligning OpenText's full portfolio with your clients' strategic priorities, you drive sustainable growth, executive engagement, and long-term customer success.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Act as the executive account leader for OpenText's most strategic Banking and Financial Services customers in Italy.
• Own end-to-end account strategy, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term account success.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and economic buyers.
• Lead multi-year account planning aligned with customer business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities across the full OpenText portfolio, including AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Business Networks.
• Orchestrate specialists, Solution Executives, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, and executive sponsors to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Drive pipeline growth, whitespace identification, deal progression, executive sponsorship, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic negotiations across multiple business units and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Proven ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and establish long-term executive partnerships.
• Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional orchestration skills.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise customer environments and multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic account planning and enterprise sales execution.
• Industry expertise in Banking or Financial Services is required.
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Information Management, Cybersecurity, Asset Operations, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align technology solutions to measurable business outcomes and customer strategy.
• Experience driving pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and large strategic opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
