The Chief of Staff acts as the right hand to the Managing Director, driving cross-functional strategic projects from idea to execution. They manage the operating rhythm of the German business, build analytical business cases, and serve as a proxy for the MD across global teams.

Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.
As Chief of Staff you are the right hand of the Managing Director Germany. You drive the most important cross-functional projects from idea to execution across our B2B2C and B2C sales channels in Germany.
You run the operating rhythm of the German business, build the analyses behind key decisions and act as the MD's proxy with Sword's global teams and take on leadership responsibility very quickly. This is a hands-on role with a steep learning curve and a clear path into a leadership position.
