Edged US is a fast-growing, dynamic, privately held company. The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Edged US needs to be a strategic executive and conceptual thinker capable of leading day-to-day operations while shaping the organization to meet the needs of the future. In collaboration with senior leadership, the CHRO is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy and scaling Edged US’s people, culture, and organizational capabilities in support of rapid growth and operational excellence. The CHRO serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring human capital strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives while fostering an inclusive, values-based high-performance culture.
This role owns the full employee lifecycle and leads a modern HR function fully operated in-house, encompassing total rewards, HR systems, talent acquisition, compliance, learning and development, performance management, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
· Partner with CEO and senior leadership team to align people strategy with business growth, operational expansion, and long‑term organizational goals.
· Lead and elevate the Human Resources function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Systems.
· Build and execute talent development, succession planning, and leadership development strategies, providing practical, measurable tools that enable managers to develop and assess talent effectively.
· Coach and advise leaders at all levels, strengthening leadership capability, decision‑making, and organizational effectiveness.
· Serve as a trusted advisor and objective voice of counsel, offering candid guidance and constructively challenging leadership to drive healthy organizational outcomes.
· Support a distributed, operational workforce, including both hourly (non‑exempt) and salaried (exempt) employees across multiple operating locations.
· Drive enterprise‑wide talent acquisition strategy, ensuring scalable, high‑quality hiring across technical, operational, and corporate roles.
· Oversee workforce planning, job architecture, leveling, internal mobility, and onboarding to support growth and succession needs.
· Promote, nurture and champion of the Company’s values, embedding them into leadership behaviors, performance management, and recognition programs.
· Foster a culture focused on employee sustainability, well‑being, and capacity management.
· Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR systems (including Dayforce), ensuring scalability, compliance, and strong manager self‑service.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws, audit readiness, and proactive risk management.
Basic Qualifications & Experience
· Experience leading an HR function in a high- growth, operationally complex organization, including scaling teams, processes and infrastructure.
· Experience designing and implementing talent development, succession planning, and/or leadership development programs that improved organizational capability or leader effectiveness.
· Expertise across talent strategy, compensation, benefits, learning, compliance, and HR systems.
· Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence decisions, shape organizational strategy, and drive alignment on people-related priorities.
· Experience translating business objectives into HR programs, processes or systems (e.g. workforce planning, performance management, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
· Experience supporting a mixed workforce (hourly/non-exempt and salaried/exempt employees) within distributed or operational environments.
· Experience coaching and developing early-career or emerging leaders in a growing organization.
· Experience building or evolving HR functions in a transitioning organization (build → scale → optimize).
