Change Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Support validation of analytical findings and business process recommendations.
• Develop executive briefings, change impact assessments, communications products, and training materials.
• Coordinate roadshows, workshops, and leadership engagement activities.
• Support development of implementation roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate lessons learned into process improvement initiatives.
• Promote organizational readiness and alignment across mission and support organizations. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience supporting organizational transformation, change management, communications, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder engagements and workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and briefing materials.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups in complex federal environments.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting DHS or CISA programs.
• Experience supporting federal acquisitions offices. 
• Prosci or comparable change management certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or operating model transformation initiatives.
