Project Context and Scope

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Hungary is implementing the project REACHMIND – Refugee, Education, And Children Mental Health IN Development: Empowering children, parents and teachers in promoting and protecting refugee, migrant and minority children’s mental health (Grant Agreement No. 101190350), funded under the European Union Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme.
 
Under Work Package 4 (Communication and Dissemination of Findings), IOM Hungary is responsible for coordinating the development of the project’s policy brief and organizing a transnational webinar to disseminate project findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders at national and European level. These activities contribute to the project’s objective of strengthening awareness, policy uptake, and evidence-based approaches to promoting the mental health and well-being of refugee, migrant and minority children. 
 
Following the approval of Grant Agreement amendment, additional expert support is required to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the WP4 outputs. The Consultant will provide specialized expertise in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, drafting and dissemination activities, including the review of project outputs, preparation of policy recommendations, drafting of the project policy brief, consolidation of partner contributions, and support to the design and facilitation of the final project webinar. 
 
The assignment is expected to be delivered over an estimated level of effort of 384 working hours during the consultancy period.

The Consultant will support the implementation of Work Package 4 – Communication and Dissemination of Findings, with a particular focus on:
 
  • Development of the project policy brief (EU-level and support to national policy recommendations);
  • Consolidation and review of technical inputs from consortium partners;
  • Stakeholder engagement and dissemination activities;
  • Planning, preparation and facilitation of the final project webinar.
 
Duty station: Home-based/remote, with availability to work across European time zones.
 
The consultant will work under the overall supervision of the IOM Hungary Project Management Team and in close coordination with project partners.
