We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving new revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- +5 experience in solution consulting, business development or sales in the Payments industry is a MUST.
- Proven experience in selling recurring payments module or suscription services is a MUST.
- Experience selling solutions (software, SaaS) with a consultative approach is a MUST.
- Consultative and Data Driven approach is a MUST.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and target potential merchants and partners in dynamic verticals like retail, e-commerce, SaaS, iGaming, and subscription services.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to onboard new clients and expand existing accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Foster Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their payment processing challenges and aligning them with Celeris' solutions.
- Promote Payment Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of Celeris' features, such as intelligent routing, subscription management, Flexible 3DS, and automated reconciliation, to deliver value and merchant engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including technical and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional support for merchants.
