Category Manager Indirect Procurement - EMEA

We are looking for a motivated Category Manager Indirect Procurement - EMEA (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support our organization with the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term category strategies for indirect procurement categories across the EMEA region, aligned with business objectives and regional requirements
• Conduct spend analyses, market assessments, and supplier evaluations to identify cost-saving, standardization, and optimization opportunities aimed at improving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Lead regional and multi-site sourcing initiatives and procurement projects, including professional contract and commercial negotiations
• Build, manage, and continuously develop strategic supplier relationships, including supplier performance management, risk management, and regular business reviews
• Identify and implement innovation, sustainability, and value-creation opportunities in collaboration with strategic suppliers
• Lead and develop an international procurement team while ensuring consistent procurement processes and governance standards across the EMEA organization
• Act as a strategic business partner and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, and other functions to ensure early Procurement involvement in business decisions
• Monitor market and technology trends, promote procurement best practices, and support the digitalization and continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools
