Campaign Generalist

Job Details: Job Location: Remote - Newport Beach, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $73000.00 - $78000.00Salary/year, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Category: Business Development, The Account/Campaign Generalist will help us launch new client campaigns. You'll work with the New Business Campaign Success Services team, colleagues across Smart Circle, our field offices, and clients to move programs from onboarding through pilot launch and into production. You'll handle project coordination, meeting facilitation, documentation, follow-up, reporting, and process development, so every stakeholder stays aligned and every launch stays on schedule.  This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll support 20+ new business clients a year, so you'll need to juggle several time-sensitive projects at once without losing quality or detail.   Location: Remote / Work from Home (U.S. Only) Compensation: $73,000-$78,000/year + bonus potential Travel: Up to 5% Reports to: Campaign Manager   What You'll Do:  Support the Campaign Success Services team (3 team members) and cross-functional partners in setting up new campaigns, and drive open action items to completion each week Learn the full campaign setup lifecycle and help with cross-functional communication, action item logs, SOPs, program manuals, onboarding and offboarding, training, code of conduct, marketing materials, leads, permits, and inventory and asset tracking Manage the CRM and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to keep campaign information accurate and current Learn each client's products, offers, and goals, and communicate them clearly to pilot sales teams and internal partners Track project timelines, spot gaps and risks early, and bring forward recommendations or escalations before they become problems Partner with the Department Manager to build and maintain campaign SOPs and dashboards Provide daily support to field ICDs, NCs, and RCs, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, sending team updates, verifying campaign eligibility, and helping troubleshoot issues Take on other duties as assigned   What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (such as project coordination, account support, or client onboarding), or additional years of relevant experience (5+) in lieu of a degree Strong organization and time management, with a track record of delivering projects on scope and on schedule Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional client correspondence The ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Comfort managing multiple priorities at once and shifting focus as needs change Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A detail-oriented, curious, adaptable mindset and a real interest in learning every part of the business A positive, can-do attitude   Smart Circle International is a leading broker of outsourced sales and customer acquisition services.
