Job Description
The Call Center Support Tech is primarily responsible for answering phone calls from 5PM to 10PM. In answering these calls, the individual will provide answers to common question and provide basic troubleshooting as needed. The individual is expected to be able to speak English clearly and maintain a polite demeanor. The individual will generally work the same 2-3 shifts every week. A quiet isolated workspace is required. Phone calls will be recorded for training and quality assurance.
