Call Center Representative- IMMEDIATE NEED $15-16/hr

Scope Services is seeking a responsible, customer‑oriented Call Center Representative to handle appointment scheduling and support customers with their inquiries or concerns. This fully remote role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally
• Schedule appointments and update customer accounts
• Provide clear information and handle questions with patience and empathy
• Meet call quality and productivity goals
• Work independently in a quiet home office
• Adapt quickly to changes in systems and procedures

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication & active listening

• Reliable, distraction-free home office and high-speed internet
• Responsible, self-directed, and able to work independently
• Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
