Position Overview

The Corrigo Champion serves as a subject matter expert and advocate for the Corrigo Facilities Management platform within JLL. This role is responsible for driving platform adoption, optimizing system usage, providing training and support to users, and serving as the primary liaison between operations teams and the Corrigo platform administrators.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Expertise & Administration

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Corrigo system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting
  • Configure and maintain Corrigo settings, workflows, and user permissions to align with operational requirements
  • Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices for facilities management technology
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement

User Training & Support

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new users and ongoing education for existing users
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and quick reference materials
  • Provide frontline support for user questions, technical issues, and workflow challenges
  • Conduct regular office hours or support sessions to assist users and gather feedback

Change Management & Adoption

  • Champion platform adoption across teams and encourage consistent, proper system usage
  • Identify resistance points and develop strategies to increase user engagement
  • Communicate the value and benefits of the Corrigo platform to stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs and measure platform adoption success

Process Optimization

  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to leverage Corrigo capabilities more effectively
  • Work with operational teams to standardize processes and implement best-practice approaches
  • Configure automated workflows, alerts, and reporting to increase operational efficiency
  • Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure proper system integration and data exchange

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on work order metrics, vendor performance, and system utilization
  • Develop dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights for decision-makers
  • Identify trends and patterns that inform strategic facilities management decisions
  • Present data-driven recommendations to improve service delivery and cost management

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as liaison between end users, IT, and Corrigo platform administrators or vendor support
  • Gather user requirements and advocate for enhancements or customizations
  • Coordinate with property management teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent Corrigo capabilities and requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor in computer/Programming/Data
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Corrigo or similar CMMS/CAFM platforms
  • Strong understanding of work order management, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination processes
  • Excellent communication and training skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Corrigo platform certification or equivalent training
  • Experience in change management or user adoption initiatives
  • Background in facilities management operations or property services
  • Familiarity with JLL systems and processes
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of integrations with other facilities management tools
