Work you’ll do
As a PMO and Business Portfolio Lead in Deloitte Technology-US, you will leverage leading practices to drive successful technology implementations. You will be aligned to a specific Deloitte Business (Consulting, GPS, Advisory & Assurance, Tax, or Audit) or Enterprise Solutions function—and will provide oversight across that business’s portfolio of projects and programs to drive successful value delivery. You will maintain a solid and current understanding of the business portfolio, critical program status, and investment priorities. You will build and maintain relationships with DT-US and with business-side teams and stakeholders to ensure DT-US leadership is fully informed and well-prepared for interactions with business executives.
You will also lead the delivery of critical, complex programs/projects within your portfolio, from vision to execution, and will serve as an escalation point and act in an advisory and consultative role to teams and stakeholders on all project-related activities.
You will be responsible for portfolio financial management of the assigned business portfolio, including annual and in-year budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-ready financial reporting. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the development of portfolio roadmaps, identification and prioritization of programs and projects, surfacing dependencies, resolving issues, and coordinating between key teams. You will develop portfolio-level metrics and provide accurate, timely, and audience-specific communications to DT-US leadership and business stakeholders.
You will manage and grow junior staff supporting specific programs within the assigned portfolio, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance feedback, participating in annual performance reviews and resource planning, and serving as escalation point for project and program managers and account managers on your team.
