We are seeking an experienced BI Developer who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights. You will play a key role in building dashboards, optimizing data pipelines, and enabling business stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
Build and optimize ETL pipelines using SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools
Develop and maintain scalable data models (star schema, snowflake schema)
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting systems
Implement data governance, validation checks, and row-level security (RLS)
Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business teams
Troubleshoot and enhance performance of BI systems
Maintain proper documentation, version control, and BI best practice
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role
Strong expertise in at least one BI tool: Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Qlik
