The focus is on responding quickly, qualifying effectively and ensuring that only well-defined, high-potential opportunities are passed into the sales team. 
This is a critical role in the revenue engine. Success is measured not by activity volume, but by the quality of conversations and the pipeline created. 
  • Manage and qualify inbound enquiries across web,emailand phone, ensuringtimelyand professional engagement 
  • Assess prospect fit,challengesand intent, and convert suitable leads into Sales Accepted Leads 
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives, with clear context and qualification 
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture prospects who are not yet ready to progress 
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness 
  • MaintainaccurateCRM records and clear pipeline visibility 
Over time, there may be opportunities to support targeted outbound activity as part of broader development.
