What’s the role?

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline for the DACH Enterprise Sales team at FirstSpirit, Rezolve AI's enterprise-grade Digital Experience Platform. The BDR will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel activity across key verticals including Manufacturing, Automotive, Financial Services, and Industrial sectors.


The BDR is the engine behind the team's outbound motion. This role requires the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision makers at enterprise organisations, identify business pain, and convert outreach into qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. The BDR is expected to operate at an enterprise level: structured, self-directed, and commercially astute.


What will you be doing?

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Identify, research, and engage target accounts and senior decision-makers across enterprise organizations in the DACH region.
  • Build and manage structured outreach sequences using CRM, sales engagement platforms, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities through discovery calls using structured methodologies such as BANT and MEDDPICC.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to align on account prioritization, outreach strategy, and seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Engage confidently with C-level, VP, and senior stakeholders, communicating the value proposition of FirstSpirit and Rezolve AI.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progression, and consistently deliver against outreach, conversion, and meeting KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to follow up on leads, share market insights, and support pipeline growth strategies.

Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.


  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role, preferably within enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound activity, pipeline generation, and meeting KPIs.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise-level decision-makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Commercially driven, with a strong interest in enterprise sales, digital transformation, and technology.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) and knowledge of CMS, DXP, AI-powered sales tools, or DACH enterprise markets is considered a strong advantage.
