Purpose: The Business Development Representative (BDR) - B2B Sales is key to expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and turning meaningful conversations into qualified opportunities that contribute to Win & Winnow's growth.

What you'll do
Prospecting & Opportunity Generation
- Identify and Connect: Research and engage qualified prospects aligned with our target markets and services through outreach, networking, and relevant industry events.
- Open Conversations: Build initial relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and challenges, and communicate our solutions in a clear, relevant, and value-driven way.
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Build Opportunities: Qualify leads and turn early conversations into potential business opportunities, preparing quotes and commercial proposals based on prospect needs.
- Own Your Pipeline: Keep leads, opportunities, and follow-ups organized and up to date, ensuring consistent progress throughout the sales process.
- Drive Growth: Work toward defined sales goals and annual quotas, contributing directly to company revenue objectives and identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Tools & Continuous Improvement
- Use Technology Smartly: Leverage our sales technology stack—including CRM, prospecting, outreach, and AI tools—to support efficient and effective sales activities.
- Track and Improve: Monitor your sales activities, lead progress, opportunities, and KPIs, sharing regular updates and using insights to continuously improve your sales approach.
Your experience & strengths
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or a commercial support role.
- Fully bilingual: English/Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Tech and AI savvy, with the ability to quickly explore and adopt new tools.
- Advanced student or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
