We’re expanding our team in Belgrade and looking for a Business Development Representative who sees outbound as a strategic function.
This role sits at the front of our growth engine.
It requires judgment, research depth, and the ability to open conversations that matter.
You won’t just book meetings, you’ll help shape the quality of our pipeline.
This is a contractor role, fully remote and based in Belgrade.
Working hours are 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Weekends are off.
Working hours are aligned with the U.S. market, and you’ll collaborate closely with senior sales leadership.
You understand that strong outbound starts with understanding the business behind the logo.
You’re comfortable engaging senior stakeholders; Directors, VPs, C-level executives, and you know how to earn credibility quickly.
You don’t default to templates - you research, synthesize, and craft outreach that reflects context.
You stay consistent and focused, knowing that persistence is part of building pipeline.
You take ownership of your numbers, your messaging, and your execution.
You’re comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment and curious about how tools can improve both quality and efficiency.

You’ll work directly with experienced sales leadership and gain exposure to enterprise-level deal cycles from the start. You won’t be isolated in a high-volume SDR pod - you’ll understand how strategy connects to execution.

Craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Execute structured sequences with consistency and attention to detail.
Partner closely with sales leadership to qualify and convert opportunities.
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and clear pipeline visibility.
This is not a “spray and pray” environment. We value precision, personalization, and thoughtful outreach.
3+ years of proven B2B outbound experience (SaaS strongly preferred).
Near-native English (written and spoken) - A must.
Confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
Experience with modern sales tools (HubSpot, GSuite, ZoomInfo or similar).
Strong research capabilities and attention to detail.
Professional maturity and accountability.
