As a Business Development Rep, you are the first impression of Inktavo + OrderMyGear for leads and prospects, making your role vital for the success of the Sales Team and the company as a whole. You will work closely with the team to shape our sales process and, along the way, interact with business and product leaders across the company to help Inktavo + OrderMyGear continue to grow quickly.


BDRs at Inktavo + OrderMyGear combine product expertise with industry knowledge and a commitment to kicking off the sales cycle with new prospects. As a BDR, you will hunt and find new companies to evaluate Inktavo + OrderMyGear, and you will head up the qualification process in the sales cycle with businesses in the team sporting goods, decorated apparel industries, promotional product industries, and anyone else selling to groups online.

Day in the Life

  • Educate and qualify prospects, developing sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Research organizations’ and prospects’ roles to create a penetration strategy
  • Handle detailed questions about Inktavo + OrderMyGear’s product and service capabilities
  • Connect with prospects by phone and email, using Outreach and Salesforce
  • Engage in effective communication while building relationships with potential Inktavo + OrderMyGear users, including C-level executives, outside sales reps, and accounting teams
  • Actively work to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas

Must Haves

  • Bachelor degree. If no degree, 2+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years of sales, business development, or other relevant experience with a strong track record preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a goal-oriented, high-growth sales environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
  • Visa Sponsorship not available

Nice to Haves

  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Experience in outbound prospecting
  • Experience working with high-volume leads list
  • Experience with Outreach.io or similar sales engagement tools
  • Knowledge of the Team Sporting Goods or Promotional Products industries a plus
