Our services span custom software development, data engineering, AI solutions, and IT staffing — partnering with enterprises to drive innovation and business transformation.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality: someone who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, opening new accounts, and closing deals with decision-makers in the U.S. market.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. technology sector across IT staffing, nearshore teams, and custom software development services.
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to understand their needs and position tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline KPIs.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT staffing, nearshore outsourcing, custom software development, or related technology services.
  • Proven track record opening new accounts and meeting sales quotas.
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers at U.S.-based companies.
  • Solid understanding of staff augmentation, SOW models, and U.S. tech market dynamics.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2), both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice to Have

  • Established network of contacts within U.S. technology companies.
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud, or data engineering services.
  • Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo or Apollo.
