Position Overview
IC Funded is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven BD Manager to develop, manage, and scale our affiliate and partnership program globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting high-quality affiliates, maintaining strong partner relationships, optimizing affiliate performance, and driving sustainable trader acquisition growth.
The role requires a strong understanding of affiliate marketing within the prop trading, forex, fintech, or online trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, influencers, trading educators, media buyers, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase trader acquisition and company revenue
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
- Negotiate commission structures, partnership agreements, and promotional opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials for affiliates
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities within the prop trading and fintech sectors
- Ensure affiliates comply with company guidelines, compliance standards, and brand requirements
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or low-quality traffic sources
- Manage affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
- Attend industry conferences, expos, webinars, and networking events to expand the affiliate network
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or performance marketing
- Previous experience in prop trading, forex, fintech, brokerage, or online trading industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and performance-based marketing models
- Experience with affiliate tracking software and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of affiliates, influencers, or trading communities
- Experience working with trading influencers and financial content creators
- Knowledge of paid traffic sources, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the fintech/trading industry
