In this Senior Business Development role, you will leverage our company's creative and technical resources to architect go-to-market strategies, forge high-value operator partnerships, and drive revenue growth. We are looking for a strategic dealmaker who can serve as the market expert on our emerging game models, translating technical ingenuity into compelling commercial propositions that redefine the player experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Forge and nurture lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers at every level of the client's organizational structure.

  • Drive and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

  • Consistently apply a value-centric, consultative sales approach to establish our organization as a reliable, premier partner—prioritizing long-term worth over price-based competition.

  • Design comprehensive short-term and strategic long-range commercial roadmaps for key accounts, outlining specific tactics and initiatives to meet established revenue goals.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into each client's operational framework and market landscape to fully capitalize on our distinct competitive strengths.

  • Partner seamlessly with cross-functional internal departments to ensure agile, top-tier responsiveness to client demands.

  • Spearhead and facilitate client-facing engagements, including business reviews, formal presentations, and on-site or virtual visits.

  • Assume end-to-end ownership of the sales lifecycle, managing the journey from pipeline generation to the successful execution and closure of contractual agreements.

  • Perform proactive market prospecting and execute targeted cold outreach to uncover fresh business opportunities.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador at key industry trade shows, conferences, and professional seminars as required.

  • Deliver concise weekly status reports detailing movements in the prospect pipeline, current deal progression, and recommended corrective or forward-looking actions.

  • Exhibit a genuine, proactive commitment to our clients' long-term success and overall business prosperity in every professional interaction.

  • Craft and deliver persuasive commercial proposals, while addressing client inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

  • Diligently manage and routinely refresh data within the CRM system and related sales enablement platforms to ensure complete, transparent oversight of the opportunity funnel.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Possesses a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in iGaming sales or Business Development Management.

  • Prior background in the retail or land-based gaming sector is considered a distinct advantage.

  • Demonstrates the autonomy to work independently while also functioning effectively as a collaborative team member.

  • Exhibits outstanding interpersonal and diplomatic finesse, with a natural ability to cultivate meaningful stakeholder rapport.

  • Brings a forward-thinking, creative mindset, anchored by an unwavering customer-first philosophy.

  • Fully fluent (written and spoken) in English and Chinese

  • Shows meticulous attention to detail combined with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Displays strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

  • Possesses a proven aptitude for motivating peers and driving cohesive cross-team collaboration.
