Location: Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere in the U.S.), leadership based in Colorado and Kentucky.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of generating new business within the clinical healthcare recruiting industry. This opportunity is designed for high-performing sales professionals who are comfortable working independently, managing their own schedules, and being compensated based on results.
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere. You will have complete flexibility regarding when and where you work; however, this is a performance-driven role with clear expectations for business development activity, pipeline generation, and revenue production.
Candidates who do not meet the following requirements will not be considered.
This position offers flexibility and autonomy, but it is not a passive sales role. The successful candidate will be expected to consistently generate new business opportunities, maintain an active sales pipeline, and produce measurable revenue results.
