About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to support their latest high-growth technology project. Our client is a leading technology-driven organization with a strong reputation for delivering innovative digital solutions across multiple regions.

Joining the team as a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind a specialized project building the infrastructure layer for brand performance in the AI-native web. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from strategizing market entry to closing deals with high-profile global accounts, ensuring brands excel in the evolving landscape of AI search and generative engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-impact sales strategies to penetrate the US/EU markets and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

  • Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on AI visibility and performance.

  • Build and optimize the sales infrastructure, including CRM management, sales pipelines, and standardized operational documentation.

  • Monitor global market trends and competitor movements to provide actionable insights for product and business strategy refinement.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, with a strong preference for the SaaS industry.

  • In-depth understanding of US/EU business culture and market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data-driven sales operations.

  • Professional English proficiency with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

  • A "Hunter" mindset: proactive, self-motivated, and relentlessly target-driven.
