What You'll Be Doing

  • Meet monthly and quarterly new logo contracts targets 

  • Hyperactivity in opening doors, creating relationships and turning them into new contracts

  • Constitutively sell using a sales process framework

  • Perform sales discovery calls and demo’s both remotely and in person where appropriate

  • Demo software as part of sales process

  • Discover, complete and submit RFP documentation in an organized way that doesn’t detract from other selling duties

  • Attend trade shows on the booth to generate leads, engage with the marketplace and learn

  • Be organization obsessed keeping CRM up to date and proactively follow up and communicate with all prospects

  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for clients

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments using that knowledge to open more doors

What You’ll Bring

Sales & Market Experience

  • Proven track record of success in SaaS new‑logo sales

  • Experience selling into higher education, residence life, or similar audiences

  • Strong prospecting capability across multiple channels

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Natural curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions

  • Strong written skills, particularly for RFP responses

  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
