The role is centered on driving new logo acquisition within the US higher education market, focusing on housing, residence life, conferencing, and campus operations by building pipeline from scratch through targeted outreach and networking. Responsibilities include leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, managing RFP responses, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events.

The manager will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly new logo contract targets by actively creating relationships and selling through a defined sales process framework. This includes performing sales discovery calls, software demonstrations, managing RFP submissions, and negotiating final agreements with clients.
