Job Description Summary
Contributes to the achievement of annual revenue and profit targets by supporting of implementation the branding and promotional strategies. Builds and maintains customer relationships in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company standard products, services and solutions within a designated geography or industry. Consults customers and attend their needs, queries and complaints; record and manage direct customer feedback. Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. Continuously monitors market trends, small intensity of sales negotiations.
The role requires a university education (bachelor's degree) and a professional experience of 1-2 years. The role covers 4 tiers. This role represents tier 1 of 4.
- A BS or BA in Business, Public Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment, ideally within Rx sales, the optical industry, medical devices, or retail operations.
- An educational background or professional experience in the optical industry (e.g., opticianry or related fields) is highly desirable.
- Strong sales focus with the ability to move key opportunities through the sales cycle, providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts using the company's CRM tool.

- Demonstrated experience in creating plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Effective consultative, conceptual and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to establish influential relationship with customers

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to be proficient with standard MS Office applications, company technology devices (Laptop, iPad, iPhone, etc.) for territory management and product orders and knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
