Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and solve their complex issues (complicated logic affecting different services).
  • Analyze, elicit and document business requirements, and transform them into technical requirements.
  • Cooperate with Solutions Consultants, UX\UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery & support.
  • Prepare & manage technical requirements during Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Create and deliver presentations of suggested solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Cooperate with the development teams.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to drive quality and identify best practices.


Requirements:
  • English from Upper-Intermediate (comprehensive written and verbal communication).
  • At least 2 years of experience working as Business Analyst or similar position in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency with understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to analyze and document the most complex business processes (complicated logic affecting different services).
  • Proficiency with: 
    *Project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar; 
    *Office 365; 
    *Visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP or similar).
  • Experience in business process modeling techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders (internal & external) across all levels of management.
