Business Analyst/Project Manager (Google -> M365 Migration)

TEKsystems's client is looking for two BA/PM's to assist with there migration from Google Workspace to M365 Office program of work. They are finding that they have a growing list of activities and outcomes to deliver that the existing team cannot handle.

Example: They currently utilize Google Classroom. There is no exact equivalent in the Office world. They need someone (without holding their hand) to go talk to the business, identify requirements, analyze the market, procure the replacement, and put a plan together to deliver it. Therefore, they are looking for a business analyst or a strong PM-type resource.

Notes / Requirements:

Seeking a hands-on, proactive, results-driven resource to support the organization's transformation to Microsoft 365 (M365). Must be a self-starter with strong project management fundamentals who can independently research and analyze issues, facilitate productive discussions, challenge assumptions, identify obstacles, and drive stakeholders toward clear decisions and actionable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is not simply a coordinator or task tracker, but someone who takes ownership, creates momentum, holds stakeholders accountable, and drives transformation initiatives from discussion through execution and completion.

Experience supporting organizational change, collaboration modernization, and technology transformation is highly desirable.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
