Endurance IT Services is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support multiple Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects and ongoing Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) initiatives.
This is not an administrative role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT project coordination, change management, deliverable tracking, release management, and SDLC processes. This individual will serve as a central point of contact for managing, tracking, processing, and coordinating project deliverables across vendors, project teams, SMEs, and PMO stakeholders.
Support multiple DDI projects within the Change Management Office. Process, track, and manage project deliverables, requests, design documents, test plans, work plans, and change requests. Coordinate deliverable reviews, approvals, and rejections among vendors, SMEs, project managers, and business stakeholders. Maintain project repositories, documentation, version control, and tracking logs. Ensure project documentation is properly stored, organized, and versioned. Monitor deliverables through the full lifecycle and ensure timely routing for review and approval. Work directly with MES vendors and project teams to support ongoing operations and maintenance requests. Generate status reports, dashboards, and project metrics. Collaborate with PMO teams, Information Management teams, SMEs, and vendors. Support change management and release management activities. Participate in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Serve as a key liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and the Change Management Office.
