Requirements
- Conduct competitive intelligence, market research, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Use Python, R, SQL, and/or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improve efficiency using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or custom scripts.
- Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and scenario analysis when appropriate.
- Collaborate with business, operations, engineering, technology, and innovation teams.
- Support market opportunity assessments and competitive analysis.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, or competitive intelligence.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Understanding of process automation and workflow improvement.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
