Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to understand and document the current state, gaps, and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with different project stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and the business stakeholders, translating technical language into business terms and vice versa.
- Developing and updating business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and operational procedures.
- Conduct acceptance testing and training to end-users, ensuring successful system implementation and adoption.
- Recommend business process optimization strategies and monitor the impact by tracking KPI's and other success metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. An advanced degree would be a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a business environment.
- Solid analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with data analysis tools is desirable.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills. Proficiency in providing clear explanations of complex concepts or technology to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in business analysis methodologies and documentation trends.
- Experience in project management and proficiency in project management software/tools.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions would be an advantage.
