Our client is building a personal brand led business rooted in thought leadership, media, and advisory. The brand spans a podcast/YouTube platform, speaking engagements, strategic consulting, digital products, and curated experiences.
The business goal is clear: build focused, high-impact revenue streams that generate $100k annually, without chaos, overcomplication, or burnout.
The Role
As Brand & Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for turning ideas into structured offers, executed launches, and closed deals. You will own the systems, follow-through, and monetization that keep the business moving forward. This role sits at the intersection of brand, operations, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Package and price consulting, speaking, and digital offers
Manage pipelines, follow-ups, and light CRM so opportunities don’t stall
Support and execute launches for digital products and group programs
Coordinate outreach for speaking engagements, brand partnerships, and sponsorships
Build and maintain simple systems (trackers, dashboards, workflows)
Track income and prepare monthly reports on performance and opportunities
Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure content supports monetization
Proactively identify new revenue and positioning opportunities across local and international markets
Requirements
Previous experience supporting a founder, creator, or small business
Strong execution skills with a clear commercial and revenue-focused mindset
Proven ability to manage follow-through independently without constant supervision
High level of organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills
Global awareness with active interest in international media, culture, and business trends
Understanding of or exposure to diaspora markets and audiences
Ability to translate ideas into structured, market-ready, and sellable offers
