The Brand & Content Coordinator will lead the development and execution of content strategy across company platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, creating graphics and short-form videos, and coordinating company content shoots.

HeyDelegate is looking for a part-time Brand & Content Coordinator to lead the development and execution of content across our company platforms.
LinkedIn will be the primary focus of this role, so we are looking for someone with demonstrated experience building and managing company brands on LinkedIn. This is a company-brand role, not a personal-branding position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HeyDelegate’s content and brand strategy.
- Create and publish content for HeyDelegate’s LinkedIn and Instagram pages.
- Develop website content and help ensure our messaging remains consistent across all platforms.
- Build and manage a content calendar.
- Generate content ideas around our team, services, client outcomes, company culture, and African talent.
- Write captions, company updates, and other brand content.
- Repurpose photos, videos, interviews, and existing company materials into social content.
- Create basic graphics and edit short-form videos.
- Coordinate company content shoots, including scheduling, locations, vendors, team logistics, and shot lists.
- Provide direction during content shoots to ensure the required photos and videos are captured.
- Organize completed content assets and determine how they should be used across LinkedIn, Instagram, the website, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing a company’s LinkedIn presence.
- Strong understanding of B2B content and company branding.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content calendars and managing social media pages.
- Basic graphic-design and video-editing skills.
- Strong organization and project-coordination abilities.
- Someone who can work independently, bring forward ideas, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
