Deliver cross-functional systems projects from intake and scoping through implementation, testing, rollout, documentation, and follow-up across Zoho and related business workflows. Improve data, integrations, automation, and internal tools while supporting adoption and coordinating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Analytics, Product, and Operations.
This is a remote position.
BizOps is part of Evercam’s Systems, Data and AI function. It has a core role in supporting business processes and automation internally. BizOps is primarily responsible for implementation of ERP type processes across our Zoho Suite of products. It also develops and manages internal software tools that support the business.
The BizOps Senior Systems Engineer turns BizOps ideas, tickets, and cross-functional requests into delivered work. The role includes intake, scoping, project plans, implementation, stakeholder follow-up, rollout communication, documentation, and closure across CRM, Desk, Analytics, Finance, CS, Sales, Product, and Ops workflows.
The role is intentionally broad. It favours candidates who think across systems, data, and integrations. We need someone that can plan and implement systems. We need someone who can document and communicate about those systems to ensure adoption and optimal usage. This person should be able to understand Zoho CRM top to bottom, see how Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Analytics, and Ops use the same data differently, and help connect work across the whole lead-to-cash operating model.
Application note:
All applicants must complete a short pre-screening assessment as part of the application process to help us better understand your experience and fit for the role - applications without a completed assessment will not be considered.
Build lightweight project plans with stakeholders across the business.
Implement required changes across systems involved, using whatever combination of systems configuration, low-code/no-code tooling, scripting and AI-driven custom software development is required
Coordinate QA, rollout, training, and post-launch feedback loops.
Maintain GetOutline documentation, project notes, and handoff materials for BizOps workflows.
Turn repeated questions into better process notes, training material, or workflow improvements.
Ensure new workflows have clear owners, escalation paths, adoption metrics, and review dates.
Help teams move away from ad hoc chat requests toward visible ticket and project systems.
Understand Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Desk, Analytics, Books, Zoho Mail, Google Drive, and related integrations well enough to spot ownership gaps, source-of-truth conflicts, and downstream impact before changes are made.
Use AI to develop required internal custom software tools
Translate business objectives into clear data model, field, workflow, integration, reporting, and governance requirements.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Analytics, Product, and BizOps so systems support how people actually work, not just how tools can be configured.
Evaluate build-vs-buy options with Antonio or the technical owner, balancing speed, maintainability, data quality, adoption, and ownership.
Project owners and stakeholders know the current status and next action.
Operational changes launch with documentation, communication, and follow-up.
Teams adopt the new processes and systems rather than reverting to informal workarounds.
Ticket aging, dropped follow-ups, and Antonio bottlenecks decrease.
Stakeholders in other business units understand how system changes affect their part of the process before launch.
Build-vs-buy decisions are documented with maintenance burden, ownership, source-of-truth impact, and adoption risk.
