Binance Accelerator Program - User Growth - Lifecycle Operations Intern

About the Role

Join the User Growth team to work on lifecycle operations and AI-driven personalized recommendations. You'll help put our recommendation strategies into action, coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting up and launching vouchers and tasks, and improving the new-user and active-user journeys to raise engagement and conversion. You'll work daily with global and Chinese-speaking teams.

What You'll Do

• Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate multiple teams (Operations, Product, UI/UX, Algorithm, Data, Legal, and regional teams) on the user
• journey optimization project, tracking requirements and progress so every team delivers on time.
• Voucher and task setup: Create, configure, check, and monitor vouchers and tasks so operations run smoothly and configurations are accurate.
• Recommendation materials: Help build recommendation materials (education content, trending news, campaign guidance), track click and conversion performance, and suggest improvements.
• User journey research: Walk through core user journeys, study the best experiences from competitors, identify friction points, and propose practical improvements.
• Localization support: Work with regional teams to understand local user preferences and support localized content and strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program. Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks at once. Detail-oriented and organized.
• Quick learner with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to Haves

• Previous internship in user growth, user operations, campaign operations, or project management.
• Basic data analysis skills, and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
• Interest in crypto, fintech, or internet user growth.
• Experience using Binance or other exchange products.
