Bilingual Virtual Assistant - Recruiting & Appointment Setting

We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and dependable Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our growing insurance and recruiting organization.

This is a full-time remote position (8 hours per day) for someone who enjoys talking to people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable spending a significant part of the day on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective candidates
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and recruiting appointments
• Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding coordination
• Maintain and update candidate information and follow-up lists
• Help keep calendars and daily schedules organized
• Provide general administrative support to the leadership team

Schedule & Compensation

• 100% Remote
• 8 hours per day
• Must be available during designated U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Position is open to qualified candidates working internationally
• Paid monthly via PayPal

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Excellent spoken English with clear, professional communication
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong phone presence and people skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow scripts, systems, and instructions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet professional workspace
• Previous experience in appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, call centers, or virtual assistance is strongly preferred
