Le/la candidat(e) retenu sera responsable d'enquêter, d'évaluer, de négocier et de régler des réclamations par téléphone et par correspondance. La personne retenue règlera les sinistres dans les limites de son autorité déléguée ou formulera des recommandations à nos clients, tout en dirigeant, au besoin, les experts en sinistres sur le terrain et les conseillers juridiques dans le cadre de mandats spécifiques.

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Property & Casualty Desk Adjuster - Level 2 or 3 to join our team remotely in Canada.

The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims by telephone and correspondence. Settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters and legal council on a task basis. Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information.

*This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis
