Reporting to the Supervisor or Manager in Titles, the incumbent of the position is primarily responsible for handling transactions with various levels of complexity.

Responsible for a broad range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to risk mediation, reporting, process enhancement, procedure administration, project management, and administration for Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and/or processes received transactions accurately and in a timely manner. 

  • Provide excellent service to internal and external clients, whether emails, phone calls or correspondence. Respond to inquiries received from internal and external clients, after appropriate research and analysis. To do this, find the best way to solve the problem and accurately process the necessary operations. 

  • Collaborates with teams located in various offices to achieve dynamic volumes and meet service standards. 

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude in finding solutions to problems. 

  • Contribute to the optimization of service efficiency by suggesting process improvements. 

  • Collaborates effectively with the other departments within Policy Services 

Required Qualifications:

  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality and service standard objectives.  

  • Multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis to maintain workload and to address urgent/rush cases.  

  • The versatility to do many different types of work within the business area.  

  • Consistent demonstration of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.  

  • Confidently communicate (written or phone) with internal, external clients, sponsors, agents and brokers in a courteous and professional manner  

  • Routinely demonstrate ownership and accountability of all requests in a proactive rather than reactive manner. 

  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$45,900.00 CAD - $76,500.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
