Nous recrutons actuellement un Représentant du soutien bilingue pour rejoindre notre équipe Edjuster travaillant à distance de chez vous au Canada. Edjuster est une division de Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc.
Le Représentant bilingue du soutien bilingue joue un rôle essentiel dans l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité des données saisies au moyen de notre application mobile. Ce poste consiste à effectuer une saisie de données détaillée d’articles de contenu originaux et/ou à réviser et modifier des extraits audio transcrits soumis par les utilisateurs.
En plus des responsabilités liées à la saisie de données, le Représentant du soutien terrain est chargé d’examiner les articles dont le prix est généré automatiquement. Cela inclut l’évaluation de la pertinence des articles de remplacement suggérés et l’ajustement des prix au besoin afin d’assurer la cohérence et l’exactitude.
*Ce rôle est fortement axé sur les processus et exige le respect des méthodes standard de traitement des réclamations et des normes de qualité d’edjuster et nécessite des interactions fréquentes en anglais et nécessite la lecture et la préparation fréquentes de documents en anglais.

The Bilingual Field Support Representative plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data captured through our mobile app software. This position involves detailed data entry of original content items and/or the review and editing of transcribed voice clips submitted by users.
In addition to data entry responsibilities, the Field Support Representative is tasked with reviewing auto-priced content items. This includes evaluating whether suggested replacements are appropriate and adjusting pricing as necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy.
