Ce poste s'inscrit dans le cadre des services d'accompagnement des patients et des professionnels de santé ainsi que des services de commercialisation pharmaceutique proposés par Cencora au Canada, par l'intermédiaire de notre division Innomar Strategies.
This role is in support of Cencora's patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.
Responsabilités:
Gestion de l’information et pharmacovigilance : recevoir, scanner et documenter toutes les informations cliniques pertinentes en conformité avec les PON/protocoles et la législation applicable;
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements médicaux à l’aide de la FAQ approuvée;
Travailler directement avec des clients internes et externes pour demander des informations ou des clarifications supplémentaires, au besoin;
Examiner les renseignements sur les patients dans la base de données et s’assurer que la documentation est exacte selon les besoins des clients;
Joindre les rapports post-perfusion aux des bases de données pour s’assurer d’avoir la documentation appropriée pour l’aide aux patients, et les besoins des programmes d’innocuité de médicaments;
Saisir les données dans des bases de données propres aux programmes;
Trier et classer les télécopies et documents entrants;
Effectuer des contrôles de la qualité relativement aux rapports sur les effets indésirables en conformité avec les instructions de travail;
Effectuer des contrôles des données à la source ou y contribuer;
D’autres fonctions et tâches peuvent être confiées à l’adjoint(e) en pharmacovigilance I de temps à autre selon les besoins;
Son travail peut exiger qu’il sur appel ou de garde.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly
Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program
Ensure data integrity
Act as a liaise between other members of the team
Handling faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timely
Organize work schedule to complement working hours in multiple time zones
Labeling and attaching documents to the CRM
Ability to cover various shifts
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Niveau D’éducation:
Des études de niveau collégial au minimum sont requises. Un diplôme ou un certificat avec concentration dans un programme de sciences de la vie constitue un atout important;
Expérience en information médicale, recherche clinique ou innocuité des médicaments ou expérience équivalente et connexe en pharmacie ou dans un domaine de l’industrie pharmaceutique constitue un atout important;
Connaissance de l’industrie de la pharmacovigilance, y compris des connaissances actuelles des lignes directrices en matière de pharmacovigilance de Santé Canada, du US FDA, d’EMEA et d’ICH;
Capacité d’adaptation au changement et d’acquisition de nouvelles compétences selon les besoins;
Expérience des domaines médical et/ou pharmaceutique et connaissance de la terminologie médicale sont un atout;
Education:
Excellent computer skills
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset
Experience with the faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax) an asset
High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
2 years directly related experience

Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written) for the Quebec and New Brunswick provinces
