Bilingual Contract Administrator — Remote

What is in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $24-27, based on experience.
• 4-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• Possible shift to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm after training.

• Hybrid work is available but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests within multiple systems.
• Review licensing requirements in accordance with advisor contracting and provincial regulations.
• Complete research and facilitate the movement of business between advisors.
• Perform ongoing administrative maintenance for contracted advisors.
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external partners using strong bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively under pressure while managing high volumes and meeting expected service level agreements.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and priority management skills with close attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
• Experience and/or knowledge in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with complex distribution systems or an aptitude to learn new software.
• Fluent in English and French, to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and support advisor contracting, licensing, and business transfer activities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while handling high volumes and meeting expected SLAs.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and support a team environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
