What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Willing to learn and receptive to coaching
  • Comfortable using basic technology, including video meetings, email, and online forms
  • Able to obtain the required state or provincial insurance license with training and guidance provided
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
  • Previous sales, customer service, leadership, or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required
