Your Responsibilities

• Provide benefit enrollment materials and help determine eligibility.

• Answer incoming customer service calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.

• Return calls and follow up on client requests.

• Explain coverage options while keeping each client’s needs and best interests in mind.

• Use our Needs Analysis system to identify coverage needs and explain personalized policy options.

• Work closely with management to stay informed about products, services, and company policies.
