The B2B Marketing Strategist is the SME for B2B and B2B Partner Marketing. The SME will leverage a combination of tech and agency capabilities along with productized solutions within PMG as well as partner with our broader B2B sales practice to design solutions that meet client objectives and KPI commitments.
These solutions will encompass data, technology, marketing and analytics strategies and will be based on a combination of industry best practice and Concentrix proprietary experience.

Concentrix operates an AI-native marketing model that embeds intelligence across the full demand generation lifecycle, from strategy design and campaign architecture through execution and reporting. This role is responsible for translating that model into strategic recommendations for B2B clients and prospects, and is expected to work fluently within Concentrix's AI-native tools and workflows to sharpen strategic thinking and pressure-test recommendations — not just understand them conceptually — without requiring deep technical ownership of the underlying platform..

What you will do in this role

B2B Communications Strategy

• Contribute to setting a new standard for communications planning, leveraging the extensive capabilities across Concentrix, with a specific focus on partnering with the B2B Sales Practice.
• Enhance the existing B2B communications planning methodology
• Educate the broader organization on modern B2B marketing best practices.
• Understand data, technology and marketing communications requirements among target B2B client prospects
• Help pre-define communication solutions that support critical B2B and B2B partner engagement stages: demand generation, up-sell/cross-sell and renewals. 
• Work with our digital advertising team to partner with leading data and technology providers to enable best-in-class capabilities.

Consultation & Strategy

• Proactive sales support internally and with B2B clients for marketing solutions.
• Partner with sales and solutions teams to develop new prospective marketing solutions and strategies, supporting new business bids and proposals.
• Maintain a full understanding of Concentrix capabilities and product offerings and can align them to best suit the clients’ needs
• Understand where, when and how to apply Concentrix capabilities and product offerings to meet client needs and satisfy their objectives
• Use client and end-customer insights, best practices and past performance as foundation for forming strategic recommendations.
• Continuous learner by nature.  Maintains a broad understanding of B2B buyer trends.
• Develop and maintains partnership with key technology partners that enable the product offering.

Technology

• Actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) as part of daily strategic work — research, competitive analysis, client recommendations, proposal development — and role-model this behavior for the broader team.
• Responsible for understanding the martech and adtech landscape and how technology is used to support effective B2B marketing campaigns that drive business outcomes
• Are committed to maintaining a current understanding of how all forms of AI (ML, generative, agentic) are impacting marketing communications technology, creative, engagement, etc. and can guide our teams on best integration and use.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for B2B marketing solutions, translating client objectives into differentiated, defensible program recommendations.
• Effectively represent Performance Marketing Group products, services and capabilities, along with broader Concentrix capabilities through internal collaboration and client engagement. 
• Collaborate with teams across Concentrix such as development, program management, sales, other solutions colleagues, etc. to develop and maintain capabilities and product offerings leveraging Salesforce technology.
• Develop communication material that clearly defines the service offering, articulates the value and key differentiators and tailors these communications to the different internal and external audiences.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have a Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Have 7-9 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Have experience with designing B2B marketing solutions required. 

It will be a plus if you:

• Have experience working in automotive and technology industries
• Have experience working with Salesforce and Hubspot

 

Skills

• Demonstrated fluency working with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate strategic analysis and client-facing recommendations.
• Ability to adapt written and verbal communication skills to different styles and environments (persuasive, diplomatic, influential, technical) of clients
• Able to discern appropriate level of detail of communications including the best method for delivery (video, voice, email, in-person)
• Advanced problem-solving using an analytics approach; evaluate, investigate and apply best practices and offer innovative solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain high performance and quality levels in an environment of constant change and pressure
• Demonstrate the ability to champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and structure analysis for complex business issues
• Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex documents, such as journals, position papers, proposals, contracts, technical/functional specifications, etc.
• Ability to make effective, persuasive speeches or presentations on complex topics. This includes the ability to sell, negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

The base salary range for this position is $121,500 - $135,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
