The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AV and network infrastructure programs, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline standards. They will act as the primary point of contact for technical intake, design alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across global facilities.

Role Overview
Objective: Deliver standard and non-standard AV and network infrastructure programs on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Key Collaboration: Interface with networking leadership, infrastructure teams, Audio Visual teams, vendors and cross-functional groups to drive intake, design, and execution.
The AV and Network Infra portfolio includes:
Wireless projects for small offices
Mobile Infrastructure projects for medium sized offices
Main Distribution Frame (MDF) projects
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) projects
Lan provisioning for lab build projects.
Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure from design to delivery for new programs
Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure from design to delivery for Day 2 programs
Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure from design to delivery for replacement programs
Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure decommissioning for sites, floors and parts of buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, scope, and deliver AV and network infrastructure solutions for new and existing facilities.
Define deployment requirements, establish timelines, and manage constraints and project schedules.
Start with customers, stakeholders, and team owners to understand their needs, workflows, and constraints, incorporating their context into comprehensive project plans.
Translate technical blockers into project impact, route issues to correct technical owners, and participate constructively in solution discussions.
Negotiate process improvements and feature priorities, expertly distinguishing between important and urgent requests while advocating for both the customer and the team.
Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation (e.g., project charters, responsibility matrices, specifications), manage project communications, run effective meetings, and deliver targeted status reports.
Improve operational processes for standardizing AV and network deployments globally.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical intake and design alignment.
Establish clear measures of success (tracking progress, cost savings, performance, and customer satisfaction) and identify, mitigate, or hand off roadblocks.
Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in Bengaluru for occasional site visits.
