Atlassian Government Cloud Operations Lead

Everforth ECS is seeking Atlassian Government Cloud Operations Lead to work remotely.

ECS is seeking an experienced Atlassian Government Cloud (AGC) Operations Lead to support the migration of Atlassian Datacenter to AGC and lead ongoing modernization efforts for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  You'll design, stand up, and manage end-to-end operations, maintenance, and tiered support for an enterprise FedRAMP Moderate AGC environment. You'll establish a modern IT Service Management capability using Jira Service Management and lead a team of administrators and help desk specialists. 

Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000

General Description of Benefits

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field. 

• Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust security clearance. 

• Minimum 6 + years of project management experience

• Experience in IT operations, systems administration, and enterprise help desk/service desk management 

• Proven track record standing up tiered ITIL-aligned operations in enterprise or federal environments 

• Demonstrated experience leading support teams, managing queues, and mentoring administrators 

• Strong knowledge of cloud SaaS operational models, Agile frameworks, and vendor escalation management 

• Excellent communication skills with ability to draft executive dashboards, runbooks, and SOPs
