Join Epicor as a Solution Engineer! The Solution Engineer, Assoc will assist the sales force (direct and channel) by providing in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our Epicor Retail POS product in order to close ERP sales opportunities.
What you will be doing:
Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
Document processes and provide workflow analysis in the retil vertical.
Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
Assist in conducting customer or prospect webinars.
30% travel, domestic
What you will likely bring:
Minimum of 1 year of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
Experience in the retail or with POS systems
Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or other ERP companies or Value Added Resellers (VARs).
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Range:
Minimum: $62,000 USD Maximum: $100,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
