In this role, you will undergo intensive training to build a strong foundation in software engineering principles, coding standards, and system design. You will work closely with senior mentors to contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality software applications.

  Key Responsibilities

  • On-the-Job Training: Actively participate in workshops and training sessions to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

  • Software Development: Assist in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for non-complex modules under the guidance of senior developers.

  • Testing and Debugging: Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects through unit and integration testing.

  • Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews to gain exposure to professional project workflows and team dynamics.

  • Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documents, such as user manuals and README files, to support future maintenance.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance both personal growth and team productivity.

  Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Engineering degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent

  • Technical Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++.

    • Foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures.

    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

    • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
